It's completely saturated with crap blogs that don't get traffic. BlogRush was meant for popular blogs. The unpopular blog doesn't get enough traffic anyway to make it work. No page loads. Somehow people think BlogRush will cure their traffic blues. The BlogRush concept is wrong. Pages for impressions = traffic. So, no pages for no impressions = no traffic.
